200g Small brie wheel

1/3 cup camelina honey (if possible)

¼ cup cranberry

3 c. tablespoons of camelina seeds

Camelina oil fillet

1 Fresh sliced baguette

Preparation
  1.  Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Place the brie in a baking dish.
  3. Pour the honey over the brie then add the cranberries.
  4. Add the camelina seeds and then the drizzle of camelina oil.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Serve whole with a sliced baguette.
