Dark chocolate and camelina oil vegan pudding

96g (2 bars) of  70% Dark chocolate with camelina oil

2 cups of soy milk (plant base milk of your choice)

¼ cup of sugar

2 tbsp. Cornstarch

2 tbsp. cold water

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Optional : Strawberries from Quebec

  1. Mix the cornstarch and the water together so it can dissolve then add the whole milk to a large saucepan.
  2. Let it boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly (the milk foam a lot, when boiling). Let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chocolate and mix well. Transfer to a measuring cup to divide neatly and easily in the pots / bowls of your choice. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1h30.
  4. Optional: When tasting, add cut strawberries on top.
